Abstract Aluminium matrix composites have gained interest recently because they are more efficient, lighter, and less expensive. The purpose of this current study was to examine the effects various casting operating conditions, including stirring temperature, time, speed, on process. Determining optimum processing parameters achieve significant outcomes could be most daunting problem while a specimen. Box-Behnken design based response surface methods used investigate stir factors mechanical properties AA6063%–4% TiB 2 composites. response’s real value, which includes hardness before heat treatment, after tensile strength, is reflected in plot created by statistical software. F-ratio often an ANOVA table how operational variables affect material. Dispersion reinforcements mixture has been studied characterized under scanning electron microscope x-ray diffraction spectrometer. rotational speed were 823.662 °C, 15 min, 300 rpm. Composite materials made from aluminium 6063 extensively fabrication lightweight aircraft components like ribs fuselages.
